Getting Started in 3 Easy Steps
Log In to Your Dashboard: Access your account using your registered email and password.

The first step in accessing the Dashboard is through its secure login page. Here, users can authenticate their accounts securely by providing their email and password.
Email and Password Fields: Enter the registered email and password to access the dashboard.
Password Recovery: If a user forgets their password, they can click on the “Forgot your password?” link to initiate the recovery process.
Account Creation: New users can click on “Sign up” to create an account and join the Teneo ecosystem.

Once logged in, the main dashboard acts as a central hub that provides an overview of daily activities, earnings, and rewards.
Use the Navigation Menu on the left-hand side to explore other sections like Rewards, Referrals, and Profile. Your connected wallet is displayed in the right corner, showing the wallet address and syncing your real-time total points.

Total Points Display
Daily Points: Shows points earned today.
Total Points: Displays all-time points accumulated.
Total Points Breakdown: Gives you a clear view of where your points come from, including connectivity, referrals, and rewards. It’s designed to help you track your progress and understand how your contributions translate into earnings.
Understanding Heartbeats and Node Uptime
Heartbeat: A heartbeat is a signal sent by your node every 15 minutes to show that it is online and functioning. Each day, your node sends 96 heartbeats in total, confirming that it's actively connected to the Teneo network.
Node Uptime: Node uptime calculates the number of heartbeats your node has been online and operational that day. The higher your uptime, the more reliable your node is, which is important for maintaining connectivity points and maximizing rewards.
Track your Referrals
View recent referrals, including their successful heartbeats (HB) and their status (e.g., Success or Pending). As soon as the invitee has reached 100 HB, the status switches to Success and you are able to claim your rewards.

The longer your node stays connected, the greater your additional rewards:
1 Day – 96 HB = 2,500 PTS
7 Days – 672 HB = 10,000 PTS
14 Days – 1,344 HB = 25,000 PTS
30 Days – 2,880 HB = 50,000 PTS
The more days you maintain connectivity, the more heartbeats you generate, and the higher your rewards grow.
